What to expect from your delivery: When you order products from us, sometimes items are dispatched at the same time but packaged separately to ensure that your product is safe whilst in transit. Please allow some extra time for the second item to be delivered if they do not arrive at the same time.

All OfficeX product deliveries are provided by a third-party shipping company:
The courier will call prior to delivery to check someone over the age of 18 will be able to receive the item. Please ensure you are at home at the agreed time. Once a time has been agreed and if you are not at the delivery address to sign, you might be charged a redelivery fee by the shipping company.

* During peak periods, over 85% of all failed deliveries at this time of the year are due to people not being home.
Your item will be shipped via courier or the Australia Post, depending on its package size and weight, within 5-10 business days. Customers will be provided with unique tracking numbers to monitor online deliveries.


• PO Boxes cannot receive items above 25kg or longer than one meter
• Customers should provide the correct and complete delivery address and contact details upon checkout before payment. Changes to shipping details after checkout are considered invalid.

Free Shipping

By far, on items applicable for free shipping, deliveries are only limited within the metropolitan area of Melbourne.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
